Welcome to Shirley Community Church on 'Back to Church Sunday.'
The theme for the service is 'Come as you are.'
Sometimes when you get an invitation somewhere, you think "what should I wear?" Do I need to be posh or can I go casual? Even when it says 'smart casual' what does it mean? If it is a 'black tie' do, does it mean you can wear a black tie with jeans?
Have you ever got it wrong? You've over-dressed or under-dressed and been so embarassed as everyone turned and looked at you!
We really hope that's not your experience in church today!
We trust that you enjoy the service together with us. It will be led by Pastor Dave Williams and Lesley Grundy and we have a guest speaker, Graham Howe.
