You may have come across this old headline from the Sun newspaper this week as the paper switched its support this week from Labour to the Conservatives. How important it's support for the Conservatives really was back in the 1992 UK election is open to question.

 

As part of our worship today, we will be celebrating communion and in so doing, we are declaring our faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and the salvation and forgiveness that comes through His sacrifice for our sin.

 

In fact, we are declaring 'It's the SON wot won it!'

 

He is our Champion - the Victor over sin and death. Let's celebrate the truth of that in our worship which Eddie will be leading. Dave will then be speaking on 'What are you full of?'
